Title:

New culture

On the long trails of freedom
May the trace of dreams not fail
For those who dared to protest.
May the light never pale
In sharing bread and in certainty,
May the joy of the highroad
Sow seeds along the way.
May the children's brittle laughter
Flow ever in our blood
To nourish strong the hope
Of all who take to the road.
And may we learn that alone
We never shall arrive.
That in this enterprise
May forever be stamped
The conquest of discovery,
And may the half-open door
Of our desire
Be free and eager
To discover,
In the culture of the people,
A new way of being.
OF BEING AT ALL.
